Job Description
Our client is seeking a Level 2 Help Desk Engineer to provide advanced IT support to enterprise users.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional experience in IT Support or Help Desk Support roles within enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of Windows environments, Active Directory, O365, and LANDesk.
- Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
