Assistant Director of Annual Giving

The Rivers School seeks a dynamic and innovative professional to support the planning, execution, and growth of The Rivers Fund and the Rivers School Conservatory Annual Fund.

Requirements

• Assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating strategies to reach Annual Fund goals
• Oversee the production schedule and workflow for all Annual Giving appeals
• Partner with the engagement team to recruit and support senior and alumni class agents
• Manage the development of Mailchimp email campaigns
• Create volunteer resources, including training materials and toolkits
• Work with Advancement Services to segment donor lists and prepare reports
