Job Description
This position is for a Pharmacist involved in coaching, mentoring, quality improvement, and medication management in a hospital pharmacy setting. The role includes collaboration with healthcare professionals, student mentorship, medication formulary review, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. It requires a focus on patient safety, drug safety, and providing pharmaceutical care in various clinical program areas.
Requirements
