Job Description
The Salvation Army is seeking a qualified FFT-CW (Functional Family Therapy-Child Welfare) Case Planner II to provide evidence-based family therapy to at-risk youth aged 11-18 in Syracuse, NY. This role involves working with families to reduce gang violence through tailored behavioral change plans and ensuring children's safety. The position offers flexibility and the opportunity to expand clinical experience.
Requirements
- Participate in FFT training, consultation/case conferences, and supervision.
- Maintain FFT notes, statistical information, outcome monitoring, and clinical assessments.
- Engage and maintain regular contact with assigned clients.
- Develop and implement individualized service plans.
- Conduct therapy sessions, manage assessments, and collaborate with families and service providers.
