Job Description
This Porter position is directly supervised by a Facility Manager and focuses on maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the property. The Porter is responsible for various cleaning and maintenance tasks to support the facility's operations. This role is part of a larger team assisting in the Shelter's programs and ensuring a positive resident experience.
Requirements
- Maintain the appearance of the building clean and orderly.
- Clean and maintain bathrooms, kitchens, dining rooms, laundry room, and workspaces.
- Complete assigned work orders accurately and timely.
- Follow OSHA regulations and maintain a safe and sanitary workspace.
- Assist with ground cleanup and snow removal.
