The Salvation Army is seeking a Resident Assistant at their Women's Residence/Shelter in Syracuse, NY. This is a full-time, non-exempt position (8.0 hrs/week) offering a blend of administrative and resident-focused work. The RA will oversee residents, coach them on program policies, and provide support, while contributing to the agency's mission. A comprehensive health benefit program is available to Part-time and Full-time employees.
