Job Description
The Resident Manager will provide structured therapeutic and supportive activities for homeless youth and young adults. This role involves implementing daily program activities, conducting clerical duties, crisis intervention, and overseeing residential programs. The position requires flexibility to cover shifts and the ability to work in a residential environment, both in person and remotely.
