Job Description
The Scion Group is seeking a Director of Asset Management to optimize the operational and financial performance of their national student housing portfolio. This role oversees annual appraisals, investor communication, ESG initiatives, and long-term liquidity planning. The Director will work with multiple departments, collaborating on both on-the-ground execution and investment objectives. The position is based in Chicago, Illinois.
