Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or similar STEM programs
• 1-2 years of professional experience
• Advanced financial modeling
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
• Knowledge of and experience with commercial real estate fundamentals and investment principles
• Ability to balance multiple, complex projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
