Job Description
The Scion Group is seeking a Leasing Consultant to contribute to exceptional customer experience and strong community partnerships. This role focuses on marketing, relationship building, administration, and customer service within a fast-paced, collegiate environment. The position requires strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong work ethic.
Requirements
- Prioritize interactions and communication with customers.
- Provide feedback on sales barriers and customer objections to management team.
- Assist with social media and communication on various platforms.
- Assist with planning, promoting and executing customer experience initiatives.
- Demonstrate proficiency with general community, market and policy knowledge.
- Log, file and retrieve customer packages.
- Assist with general housekeeping involving office maintenance.
- Schedule and follow up on maintenance requests.
- Maintain office organization and cleanliness.
