Job Description
The Scion Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform physical and preventative maintenance on property buildings and equipment. This role involves operating monitoring systems, performing repairs, maintaining safety protocols, and ensuring optimal service for customers. The position offers the opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collegiate environment.
Requirements
- High school/GED or trade school diploma
- Minimum of 3-5 years of full-time maintenance experience
- HVAC certification/EPA 608 certification (Core, Type I, II & III)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
