Job Description
The Scion Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair building and equipment. This role involves routine maintenance tasks, preventative maintenance, apartment preparation, and ensuring customer satisfaction and safety. It's a solution-oriented position requiring customer service and unwavering follow-through.
Requirements
- High school/GED or trade school diploma
- 1-3 years of full-time general maintenance experience
- EPA 608 Type I certification
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 100 lbs.
