Job Description
The Scion Group is seeking an experienced Facilities Technician II to perform maintenance and repair services, ensure the safety and functionality of property buildings and equipment, and operate system monitoring/diagnostics. The role requires strong problem-solving, technical skills, and a commitment to safety and service. The position is a part-time, in-person role based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Requirements
- High school/GED or trade school diploma
- 3-5 years of full-time general maintenance experience
- HVAC certification/EPA 608 certification
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification (or intention to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license
- Computer skills related to position requirements
