Shiftleader - Restaurant

You will become a part of the management team and coordinate daily operations, overseeing 10 to 20 colleagues. Your focus will be quality, efficiency, and hospitality, and you will be the point of contact for colleagues and guests.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience in the hospitality industry
• Knowledge of seafood and wine is a plus
• Available for 32 to 40 hours per week
• Flexibility for evening and weekend shifts
• Reside in Curaçao or the surrounding area
• Proficient in both spoken and written Dutch and English
• Presentable appearance
• Strong communication skills and a team player
