Job Description
Director of Rooms will play a pivotal role in the successful development and relaunch of the new look of our hotel as well as the delivery of our TSH hospitality experience. This is a unique opportunity to shape an innovative Stay Product in one of our flagship locations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a Rooms Management role
- Proven experience leading teams in the Rooms Division
- Skilled in change management and improving processes Rooms operations
- Financially adept, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Digitally savvy, with experience utilizing digital tools
- Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus
