Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in hospitality or a similar guest-facing role
- Energetic, welcoming vibe
- Ability to switch between tasks without losing your smile
- Proactive mindset
- Comfortable with digital tools like PMS, kiosks or guest messaging apps
