Job Description
Regional Property Manager is responsible for managing properties in the Netherlands, ensuring sustainability and energy efficiency, and leading local teams. The role involves strategic planning, budget management, and partnership building. The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of experience in maintenance management, a degree in Engineering or Facility Management, and strong communication and organizational skills.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Facility Management or similar
- 5-8 years of experience in maintenance management
- Managed multiple sites and teams before
- Knowledge of building systems, regulations and safety standards
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Solid experience managing budgets
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a big plus
