Service Communication Intern

Service Communication Intern opportunity to learn and develop skills in content creation, implementation, and maintenance on our multilingual Help Center, Chatbot, and Customer Service tool. Collaborate with teams to improve customer experience and writing skills in a dynamic and international organization.

Requirements

• Currently studying a relevant bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication, Business, or other related fields
• Basic technical knowledge of customer service operations and content creation
• Familiarity with MS Office, bonus points if also know Salesforce
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) + a plus when native to one or more other language(s) such as German, Italian, Spanish, or Dutch
