Director of Residential Services

The Society is seeking a Director of Residential Services to lead high performing teams, navigate regulatory complexity, and prioritize people in every decision. The role requires strategic leadership and operational oversight of residential services, QIDPs, and operations manager. The Director will provide guidance, support, and development opportunities to team members, ensuring compliance, fiscal responsibility, and service quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Five years of experience in developmental disabilities or three years supervising complex systems within the field
• Working knowledge of state and federal regulatory agencies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Technical fluency and ability to leverage software and reporting tools effectively
• Valid Ohio Driver's License and required certifications
