The Specialty Mfg. Co. is a vertically integrated company offering a one-stop-shop solution for products, machining, molding, and light assembly. We are looking to expand our engineering team and add a new Manufacturing Engineer to our White Bear Lake facility.

Requirements

• Program and prepare setup files for CNC Machines
• Serve as a key contact for manufacturing support, problem-solving, and training personnel
• Prepare and maintain detailed process layouts and related equipment documentation
• Designs, procures, and fabricates equipment tooling and fixtures
• Performs troubleshooting on existing products/process problems
• Collaborate with management, engineering, production, sales, planning, and design teams
• Design, develop, test, and/or source tools, machinery, and equipment
• Apply statistical methods and perform product/process analysis
• Represent manufacturing/engineering on cross-functional teams
• Optimize manual, semi-automated, and fully automated processes
• Utilizing data analysis tools, recommend and implement measurable improvements to manufacturing processes
• Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing teams
• Create manufacturing estimates for sale proposals
• Create machining processes for new products
• Perform other duties as required to meet business or customer needs
