The Spice & Tea Exchange is looking for an Instructional Designer to design, build, and maintain effective, engaging, and scalable training resources for franchise owners and their teams nationwide.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience crafting programs, managing learning goals, and using LMS/eLearning tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Organizational/Behavioral Psychology, Communications, or a related field, preferred.
- Proven experience as an Instructional Designer in a franchise or retail learning environment.
- Portfolio of instructional design work (eLearning modules, microlearning, job aids, videos, or learning campaigns).
