The Food & Beverage Team Member assists with food & beverage areas to provide quality service and consistent food and beverage products.
Requirements
- Assist customers with outstanding customer service
- Operate an electronic cash register and credit card machine
- Perform basic mathematical computations
- Balance drawer and manage daily income
- Communicate with the public in a tactful, polite, and friendly manner
- Clean concession areas and tables; assist in preparing and serving food items; fill condiment containers
- Pick up in and around concession areas
- Assist in unloading, lifting, and carrying food and supplies from trucks and storage areas, and place them in designated areas
- Alert management immediately for suspicious acting persons, adults with no children, etc.
- Alert management immediately regarding mistake or adjustment to the cash drawer
- Additional duties assigned by management
- Stock and unload food & beverage areas
- Additional duties as assigned by supervisors and/or management
