Guest Services Team Member- Morristown Landing Recreation and Events

The Guest Services Team Member provides world-class service to all members and guests in the 10,000 square foot Fitness Center at Morristown Landing Recreation and Events. The role involves maintaining a clean and safe environment, assisting with fitness class signups, and resolving guest concerns.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED or bachelor's degree in exercise science, health education, public health or related field is preferred
• Minimum of two years of experience in a sport/fitness center or customer service
• Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours) and regular attendance necessary
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification – currently holding or willing to become certified
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to maintain focus in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Must have excellent guest service skills
• Must be detail-oriented and have outstanding organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Ability to operate and use all equipment in facilities
