We’re looking for an experienced Corporate Security professional to support our client’s security leadership team in strengthening governance, enhancing training programs, and building enterprise-wide security capabilities.
Requirements
- Review, develop, and standardize corporate security policies and procedures.
- Design and deliver engaging security training programs for employees at all levels.
- Support enterprise security initiatives in areas such as threat response, insider risk, and counterintelligence awareness.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Legal, HR, Operations) to ensure alignment and compliance.
- Develop communication strategies and materials that promote security awareness across the organization.
- Track training participation, measure program effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
- Provide regular updates and recommendations to security leadership and key stakeholders.
