Job Description
The Branch Manager oversees branch operations, including sales, logistics, inventory, and team leadership, and partners with Sales and Operations leadership to drive branch performance and customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5–7 years of relevant sales experience
- 1–3 years of management experience
- Experience in low-voltage industries (fire & life safety, access control, surveillance, voice/data)
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
