Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and organized Elementary Robotics Program Manager to support students in STEM education through robotics. This hands-on role combines program leadership, team coaching, mentorship, and collaboration with an equity and accessibility focus. The position requires organizing events, managing logistics, and ensuring a positive learning environment for youth.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in education, youth programs, or STEM-related fields.
- Passion for STEM and familiarity with project-based learning or robotics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially with families and diverse teams.
- Availability for afternoon/evening sessions and occasional weekend competitions.
