Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Proven work history with a record of reliability and professionalism
- Minimum 1–2 years of recruiting experience
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
