Job Description
MCI is seeking full-time Remote Call Center Representatives for both inbound and outbound customer service. Requirements
- Active and valid work authorization in the country of employment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Proficient typing skills (20+ words per minute)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
