Job Description
This Commercial Loan Portfolio Manager role at our bank client in Murfreesboro, TN, will focus on managing a large Commercial Loan portfolio, acquiring new clients, deepening existing relationships, and exceeding performance goals. The role requires strong business development skills and a proactive approach to identifying and growing the client base.
Requirements
- Manage a commercial loan portfolio with monitoring of loan covenants.
- Underwrite and originate new loans, including renewals and annual reviews.
- Market client base through referrals and marketing.
- Meet performance targets and explore business opportunities.
- Prepare loan presentations for management review.
- Ensure loan risk assessment in accordance with bank policies.
