We are seeking dedicated and motivated English Conversion Retention Agents to join our team in Tel Aviv. The ideal candidates will possess a minimum of one year of experience in a conversion or retention role.

• Manage customer inquiries and issues, providing timely resolution and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update our CRM system as necessary.
