Job Description
We are hiring a Project Manager for our client, a leading consultancy based in Dubai. Responsibilities include managing and being accountable for project scope, handling multiple projects simultaneously, and ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of the project.
Requirements
- Managing and being accountable for your scope of work on the project.
- Participating in planning and monitoring the progress of your project.
- Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
- A bachelors degree or master's degree in Civil Engineering or in a related field.
- Min 5 years experience as a PM for mixed-use, residential projects.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word/ Excel), MS Project is a must.
- Good knowledge of HSE rules and regulations and a proactive approach; suitable technical qualification relevant to the specific project/role.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, written and verbal communication skills
