Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations manufacturing or distribution environment
• Experience in supervisory or team lead role a plus
• Basic understanding of supervisory principles, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse team
• Organizational and time management skills
• Proficient software application skills, Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, Kronos, Workday
