The Toro Company is hiring a Fabrication Maintenance Supervisor to oversee employees, manage maintenance programs, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations manufacturing or distribution environment with a maintenance focus
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in supervisory role experience
• Excellent verbal and written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse team
• Organizational and time management skills
• Proficient software application skills; preferred Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, Kronos, Workday
