Job Description
The 2026 Summer Internship Program will run from May 18, 2026, through August 7, 2026. This internship is located at the Windom Manufacturing plant in Windom, MN where our employees are dedicated to manufacturing high quality, reliable products for consumers around the world.
Requirements
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with an ability to learn and apply new things
- Problem-solving acumen
- Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), CAD software
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once and prioritize based on due dates or importance
