Job Description
The Sourcing Cost Excellence Manager, Global Manufactured Components is a strategic and self-directed leader responsible for driving cost efficiency across three core areas: Tariffs, Cost Savings, and Budgeting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant area such as supply chain, business, or STEM
- Minimum of 7 years in strategic sourcing
- Self-directed with strong ownership and accountability
- Proven experience in cost management, sourcing, or supply chain finance
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and reporting
- Experience with tariff regulations and mitigation strategies
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive measurable results
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to draft policies and procedures that support process improvements and operational excellence
- Commitment to continuous improvement and operational efficiency
