We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to fill a full-time position and join our growing sales team! This position will be vital to the success of our business and will be rewarding for someone who has a no-fail mentality and is interested in building a career in sales.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of relevant business development experience
- Comfort and confidence with cold calling and sending outbound emails every day
- Able to promote/sell ideas persuasively
- Strong written & verbal communication
- Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member
- A fundamental understanding of the sales process
- Experience with Salesforce or internal CRM tools is a plus, but not a requirement
- Experience collaborating with cross functional teams (customer success, talent, legal, finance, marketing, operations etc.)
- Adtech or Martech experience is a big plus
