The Trade Desk is changing the way global brands and their agencies advertise to audiences around the world. We are seeking a Senior Director of Corporate Development to play a leading role in shaping The Trade Desk's growth through mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and investments.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or venture capital.
- Undergraduate or Graduate degree – MBA preferred
- Experience in a leading and negotiating deals and leading deal teams - Proven track record leading M&A transactions, Investments, and strategic partnerships.
- Team player, pro-active and action oriented, anticipates needs, is assertive, and is highly accountable
- Ability to influence and communicate effectively across all levels and teams across the organization
- Deep expertise in valuation, financial modeling, and deal structuring.
- Strong knowledge of the technology and/or digital media ecosystem; adtech experience a plus.
- Exceptional executive presence and ability to influence at the C-suite and Board level.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills and judgment
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
- Demonstrated success in prior roles in their career
