We are looking for a Staff UX Designer to lead and own UX initiatives across our portfolio of inventory products and services, crafting intuitive, best-in-class interactive interfaces that empower sellers and streamline complex workflows.
Requirements
- Champion a user-centered design approach, passionately understanding and advocating for the needs and preferences of our users.
- Lead the design and evolution of our Sell Side platforms, ensuring consistency and scalability of design across the platform.
- Own the design process, including concept design, product definition, interaction, and visual design, for complex features.
- Leverage and contribute to our design system, ensuring consistency across products while proactively identifying gaps and opportunities for enhancement.
- Develop and implement design concepts by creating user flows, interactive prototypes, developing intuitive and efficient user interfaces aligned with industry best practices.
- Transform broad, conceptual, and potentially ambiguous ideas into valuable user experiences that seamlessly blend functionality with ease-of-use.
- Contribute to planning and vision on key company initiatives by collaborating with product managers, engineers and researchers.
- Support the planning and execution of usability testing sessions, gathering valuable feedback from users and iterating on designs based on user insights.
- Provide implementation guidance to engineers, ensuring features maintain high quality and alignment with the design vision.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our designs remain innovative and competitive.
