Treetop ABA is seeking a passionate BCBA to join their team in a hybrid in-home role. The role involves developing and managing individualized ABA treatment plans, conducting assessments, supervising RBTs, and partnering with families to ensure consistent, effective care.

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification and LBA license
• Experience in in-home or hybrid ABA service delivery
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Client-focused, outcomes-driven mindset
• Ability to balance clinical and administrative responsibilities effectively
