Campaign Director

The Trustees of Reservations is seeking a Campaign Director to lead a 5-year fundraising campaign focused on the acquisition of new properties and strategic revitalization of existing ones. This role involves developing and executing cultivation and solicitation strategies, managing a large donor pipeline, and ensuring strong donor stewardship. The campaign is designed to exceed a $9 million fundraising goal and is fully funded by visitors, supporters, and the organization’s 100,000 members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree or CFRE certification preferred)
• Minimum 7 years of progressive nonprofit fundraising experience
• Proven ability to manage and develop campaign budgets and donor pipelines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based tools
