Job Description
The Tsui Group is seeking a qualified Asset Renewal Construction Manager to join their aviation team in Los Angeles County. This role involves managing the scope, cost, schedule, and operational interfaces of design and construction activities for various airport projects. The manager will coordinate with airport stakeholders, review ASR and USR meetings, and ensure compliance with design and construction guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years of experience, preferably on airport projects and large complex multi-year projects
- Experience with projects more than $50 million in value
- Experience with various delivery methods including Design-Bid-Build and Design/Build
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Aviation, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning or other related technical field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam
- Familiarity with Project Management Information Systems
