Program Controls Specialist

The Tsui Group is seeking a Program Controls Specialist to assist with cost and budget control, reporting, and data management for a large educational client in Los Angeles County. The role involves identifying best practices, developing project controls tools, and supporting project decision-making. The position requires detailed analysis of project data and process development.

Requirements

• Six (6) years full time paid professional experience in Project Controls work
• Three (3) years of above experience as a Program or Project Controls Specialist in a government agency or infrastructure engineering and construction projects
• Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor’s degree Engineering, Construction Management, or Information Technology, Finance/Accounting or Business Administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Superior organizational and planning skills
• Ability to build efficient working relationships with project teams
