Senior Project Manager

The Tsui Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee a large educational facility construction project in Los Angeles County. The role involves managing project issues, assigning tasks, overseeing progress, and managing budgets. The position requires a deep understanding of construction project management and the ability to coordinate with various District stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 17 years of full time paid professional project/construction management experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing large programs with projects having construction values in excess of $50 million
• 5 years’ experience in educational facility construction, public works or large commercial projects
• Design Build Experience is preferred
• Experience utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) is preferred
• Experience in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) is preferred
• Experience with Division of the State Architect (DSA) construction/design processes
• Required Education: Bachelor's in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management OR Certification as Architect/Engineer/Land Surveyor
