Job Description
Our Houston office is looking to hire an experienced Part Time Bilingual Receptionist / Contract Specialist with a desire to develop a career within the legal industry. The ideal candidate is an individual who works well in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct all office visitors
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
- Provide fundamental information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling office access
- Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Drafting/filling/preparing legal contracts (experience is a plus, but we're willing to teach this skill)
