Job Description
Be a part of a world-class academic healthcare system, UChicago Medicine as a Physical Therapist I, (Registry) at our Hyde Park location. Evaluate patients, establish PT interventions, and instruct patients/families in home programs.
Requirements
- Active BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Current physical therapy license in the State of Illinois, or eligible (in process of applying, to be completed before employment begins
- Minimum of 2 years clinical physical therapy experience
- Graduation from an approved physical therapy school with Masters or Bachelors entry level degree in P.T.
