Job Description
The Administrative Assistant supports the Medical Surgical Unit by performing various receptionist, clerical, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, enthusiastic, and comfortable engaging with patients, visitors, and staff.
Requirements
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff
- Answer and route phone calls in a professional manner
- Perform typing, data entry, and general clerical tasks
- Support the unit with routine administrative duties
- Maintain an organized and welcoming front-desk environment
