Job Description
Under the supervision of the Licensed Nurse performs direct and indirect nursing care for patients. Provides care to assigned patients in conformance with Nursing Department Policies, Standards of Practice, physician orders and an approved plan of care.
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Successful completion of 75-hour Nursing Assistant Training and Competency Evaluation program
- Registered in the State of Vermont as a Licensed Nursing Assistant
- Prior experience as a Licensed Nursing Assistant in a health care setting is preferred
