Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Nurse for our busy Emergency Department at Central Vermont Medical Center. As an ED Nurse, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team providing care to patients of all ages and with any kind of medical or psychiatric diagnosis. Opportunities for certification and career advancement are available.
Requirements
- Active participation in the treatment of patients
- Training in ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ESI, and AVADE
- Certification in Emergency Nursing (CEN) and Pediatric Emergency Nursing (CPEN) encouraged
- Participation in Shared Governance Councils and Clinical Advancement program
- Ability to work 36 hours per week, including day shifts and on-call requirements
