Job Description
The Very Group is seeking a Head of Financial Planning to lead the group's financial planning and forecasting processes, driving strategic alignment with business objectives. This role requires a leader to improve performance, drive innovation, and build relationships across the finance and business functions. The successful candidate will deliver financial plans accurately and keep stakeholders engaged through clear communication and analysis.
Requirements
- Qualified accountant with minimum 5 years post-qualified experience in leading and managing FP&A teams.
- Experience of corporate finance and cash forecasting would be advantageous.
- Self-starter with the confidence to provide opinion and with the desire & charisma to develop highly productive stakeholder relationships.
- First-class written and presentational skills with the ability to prepare material that succinctly communicates complex issues for exec level discussion.
