Job Description
The Very Group is seeking an Influencer Marketing Lead to drive best-in-class influencer campaigns across their multi-category department store. This role involves shaping strategy, leading teams, measuring success, and collaborating with multiple teams. It is a dynamic position with a focus on brand growth and impactful results.
Requirements
- Strong background in Influencer Marketing, ideally within retail or lifestyle sectors.
- Proven track record of leading and developing teams.
- Strategic thinking and data-driven insights.
- Deep understanding of influencer culture and emerging talent.
- Creativity and commercial acumen.
- Analytical mindset and confidence in evaluating performance data.
- In-depth knowledge of ASA guidelines and content governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
